French-style, bistro chic cuisine is brought to life through ever-changing seasonal menus by the artful hand of Head Chef, Kayla-Ann Osborn. Having grown up cooking alongside her grandmother, she has made a name for herself as one of South Africa’s hottest young chefs.

Fresh, fragrant flavours are anchored by exceptional farm-to-fork provenance. Osborn has introduced vegan and vegetarian-friendly menus, inspired by her love for fresh ingredients and sustainable cooking. In her words, “Your food is only as good as your produce. But sustainability doesn’t only apply to food. I want my kitchen brigade to have careers that grow. As a team, we experiment, flourish and create – together.”
