How are you responding to the global COVID-19 pandemic?

The health and wellbeing of our guests, communities, and teams remains the priority it has always been and we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures, taking all appropriate steps in line with guidelines from the World Health Organisation and government authorities. How do I get to Delaire Graff Estate?

Delaire Graff Estate is located approximately 50 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and ideally situated for discovering the Cape Winelands. A private transfer service is available to Delaire Graff Estate for Lodge and Villa guests. View our dedicated direction information here.

Is parking free of charge?

Yes, our car park is free for both day guests and guests in residence.

Can we visit only the Estate, with no lunch or wine tasting? Is there an entrance fee?

Yes, it is possible to visit the Estate without enjoying lunch or wine tasting and there is no entry fee if you choose to do so.

Are children welcome at the Estate?

Yes, guests of all ages are warmly welcomed to Delaire Graff Estate.

What is the difference between your two restaurants?

Delaire Graff Restaurant harnesses the vitality and warmth of the Stellenbosch sun in beautiful plates of creative bistro cuisine.

HŌSEKI offers guests contemporary cuisine imbued with the creative flair and vibrancy for which Head Chef Virgil Kahn is renowned. Dishes are crafted to be shared at the table and served in a style honouring Japanese culture and customs.  here.

Do you offer picnics?

Delaire Graff Estate does not offer picnics. However, our Wine Lounge is open from 10h00 and offers an array of light meals and platters.

Do you serve breakfast on the Estate?

Our restaurants are only open for lunch and dinner for day visitors. Guests in residence can enjoy breakfast in their Lodge or at HŌSEKI.

Is it possible to have tea or coffee anywhere on the Estate?

Only guests in residence and visitors who hold a lunch or dinner booking may enjoy tea or coffee on the Estate.

What is the cost for a wine tasting and can I make a reservation?

The Wine Lounge operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with no reservations available. Learn more about wine tasting at Delaire Graff Estate here.

Are the Spa swimming pool, sauna, steam and gym open to the public?

Only guests in residence and visitors who hold a half-day or full-day Spa package may use the facilities.

Do you have an Art Gallery?

There is no dedicated art gallery at Delaire Graff Estate. Instead, the entire Estate serves as an art gallery for the remarkable personal art collection of owner and founder, Laurence Graff. Guests may also purchase exquisite works of African art and sculpture at our Africa Nova boutique. You can learn more about some of the artworks on the Estate here.

Does Delaire Graff Estate host weddings?

Delaire Graff Estate is not available to book for weddings. We will gladly assist with alternative recommendations in the area. Learn more about other private event opportunities at the Estate here.

Do you offer guided tours?

Guests are welcome to obtain an Estate map from reception and wander the Estate at their leisure.
