Delaire Graff Estate re-opens to a Jewel Re-Imagined

The Winery Building at Delaire Graff Estate, which houses Delaire Graff Restaurant, our Wine Lounge, Lorenzo’s Cucina Italiana and the Graff and 100% Capri boutiques, reopened on 1 October 2025, following an extensive refurbishment.

Guided by the vision of legendary diamantaire and Estate owner Laurence Graff OBE, luxury interior designer David Collins Studio has crafted captivating new interiors that celebrate traditional materials, techniques and artisanship unique to South Africa. Creating an elevated, timeless backdrop, architectural lighting casts a golden glow on earthy-toned and textured natural materials, including dramatic dark-stained timber, bronze ironmongery and opulent, richly veined marbles with radiant, colourful accents in sunburst orange and lavender purple.
