Take Flight
A striking Swallows in Flight art installation, brings significant meaning to the space. In Japanese culture, birds have adorned prints, ceramics and ancient temples for centuries, with the swallow representing good luck.

Sustainably Sourced
Much of the fresh produce used in every dish is hand-selected from the Estate’s on-site vegetable garden and greenhouse, while the remainder is sourced from suppliers who share the same philosophy of organic farming. Our chefs also work closely with local, certified sustainable farms and fisheries.
