Vor drei Jahren kehrte Clinton Jacobs auf das Delaire Graff Estate zurück, um die Rolle des Küchenchefs im Delaire Graff Restaurant zu übernehmen. Während dieser Zeit wurde die Speisekarte des Restaurants natürlich neu definiert und weiterentwickelt; die Renovierung und Neugestaltung des Restaurant- und Küchenbereichs nach einem aufwendigen Umbauprojekt bot jedoch einen idealen Zeitpunkt für eine Weiterentwicklung.

At Delaire Graff Restaurant, ‘finer-dining’ signifies a place where art and comfort converge, a destination where they sit together, in harmony at the same table. The concept underpins a philosophy where the very finest ingredients are nurtured and grown sustainably and then prepared and presented with deep reverence and respect.
To align with this, new and existing relationships with local farms and suppliers that utilise biodynamic practices have been refocused and strengthened, bringing an elevated sense of freshness, creativity and authenticity to each plate.
Clinton and his team are incredibly excited to return to the kitchen and are looking forward to a busy and exciting season ahead, launching finer-dining, while also welcoming diners into an exceptionally beautiful space in which they feel instantly welcomed and at home.
