Neem Vlucht

Een opvallende kunstinstallatie met zwaluwen in vlucht, brengt aanzienlijke betekenis aan de ruimte. In de Japanse cultuur sieren vogels al eeuwenlang prenten, keramiek en oude tempels, waarbij de zwaluw geluk symboliseert.

Duurzaam verkregen 

Much of the fresh produce used in every dish is hand-selected from the Estate’s on-site vegetable garden and greenhouse, while the remainder is sourced from suppliers who share the same philosophy of organic farming. Our chefs also work closely with local, certified sustainable farms and fisheries.
