For thousands of years, spices, silk and precious commodities were traded along the ancient Spice Routes and the Silk Road. But more than just merchandise was shared along these well-trodden pathways – the exchange of knowledge, cultures and beliefs shaped civilisations. The routes became hubs of intellect, science, literature, and of course – exciting cuisine.  

Over the next few months, Indochine will explore a few of the incredible stops along these ancient routes through tasting menus that celebrate the cuisine of each region. Join us as we discover spices, influences, and signature flavours through a paired dining experience, culminating in a ‘Best of Silk & Spice’ menu combining the finest dishes of the series.
