Kayla-Ann Osborn, Head Chef of Delaire Graff Restaurant, has crafted a special 7-course set menu to showcase the seasonal beauty of the Cape Winelands with the arrival of Summer on the Estate. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors spill out to the sun-dappled terrace where afternoons are spent gazing out the Banghoek Valley in the African summer. 

 

First Course
