Head Chef of Delaire Graff Restaurant has crafted a special 7-course set menu to showcase the seasonal beauty of the Cape Winelands with the arrival of Winter on the Estate. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors spill out to the sun-dappled terrace where afternoons are spent gazing out the Banghoek Valley.
