A colheita na Delaire Graff Estate est\u00e1 completa e, por isso, chegou a hora da pr\u00f3xima etapa da viagem \u2013 \u00e0 medida que o \u201cmosto\u201d ou sumo de uva n\u00e3o fermentado \u00e9 transferido para barricas de carvalho franc\u00eas para maturar. Todos os anos, cerca de 150 barricas novas s\u00e3o adquiridas pela Delaire Graff Estate, cada uma uma cria\u00e7\u00e3o personalizada supervisionada pelo en\u00f3logo, Morn\u00e9 Vrey.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Criada por tanoeiros altamente qualificados, a arte de fazer barricas \u00e9 um of\u00edcio ancestral, incorporando ferramentas e t\u00e9cnicas que permaneceram inalteradas durante s\u00e9culos. Cada barrica \u00e9 uma obra de arte, imbu\u00edda de experi\u00eancia e devo\u00e7\u00e3o, com a sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o a assemelhar-se \u00e0 transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma pedra bruta num diamante polido \u2013 um processo aperfei\u00e7oado pela Graff ao longo da sua hist\u00f3ria de 60 anos.<\/p>\n
