RATES INCLUDE:
Rates are provided per lodge per night and include luxury accommodation and breakfast, daily newspaper, private lodge host service, mini bar, wireless internet access, daily transfers to and from Stellenbosch, valet service, private Delaire wine cellar tour and tasting, guided vineyard walks, evening sparkling wine with canapés served in each lodge. Lodge guests are welcome to use the spa facilities, pool and gymnasium.

RATES EXCLUDE:
Additional meals, telephone calls, dry-cleaning, gratuity, spa treatments, airport transfers.

LODGE TYPES:
Deluxe Lodges x4
(80m²) Accommodates 2 adults, views of the Simonsberg Mountain Range and estate gardens and vineyards. Private heated infinity pool.

Luxury Lodges x4
(80m²) Accommodates 2 adults, panoramic views of the Stellenbosch valley and mountains as well as estate vineyards and gardens. Private heated infinity pool.

Presidential Lodge x1
(130 m²) Accommodates 4 adults. Panoramic views. Private heated infinity pool.

Owners Lodge x1
(130 m²) Accommodates 4 adults. Panoramic views. Log fireplace and private heated infinity pool.

DELAIRE GRAFF LODGES:
Each lodge is fully serviced by a lodge host and includes a butler’s kitchen. All bedrooms are en-suite with a separate sitting area and include wireless internet, LED flat screen TV, Jo Malone bathroom amenities, I-Pod docking station, Egyptian cotton linen and an optional pillow menu. Conference facilities and 12 seat cinema showing nightly screenings are available to guests on request.

DELAIRE GRAFF SPA:
The Delaire Graff spa features 3 treatment rooms, 1 couple’s treatment room, a sauna, a steam room and a state-of-the-art gymnasium.

A full service spa menu is available using carefully selected face and body products: Swiss Perfection face and body treatments and Aromatherapy Associates body treatments.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 25% non refundable deposit is kindly requested to guarantee the reservation at the time of making the booking. The remaining balance of the accommodation is kindly requested 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Should payment not be received as stipulated, Delaire reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Payment can be made by secure on-line payment, direct deposit or credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. All extras are to be settled on departure by the guests.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, 50% of the full accommodation is payable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the full accommodation is payable.
In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

CHILDREN:
Children of all ages welcome. A maximum of 1 child can share with 2 adults per lodge; this is applicable to all units except Luxury Lodges. Baby cots and additional beds are available on request for children under 12. Baby sitters available on request.
