Renowned private chef of Owner of Delaire Graff Estate and Chairman of Graff Diamonds, Laurence Graff, Ben Hooper’s unique and vibrant style, with a philosophy focusing on seasonal produce and firm favourites reinvented, pairs beautifully with that of newly appointed Delaire Graff Restaurant Head Chef, Michael Deg.
During Ben’s residency, some of Laurence Graff’s favourite dishes will be offered in a special Du Jour menu over lunch and inspired tasting menu during dinner.
