The Delaire Graff Estate offers an exceptional venue for private dining, functions andboutique conferences. Each individual space offers a unique experience for the mostdiscerning client – whether it’s the restaurant deck shaded by gracious pin oaks thatsparkle with a thousand lights at night or the sophisticated and discreet Vinoteque, adecadent 18-seater dining and wine-tasting room below the restaurant. Surroundedby original art and gold-embossed leather-clad columns, it’s perfect for private dinnersor business meetings as well as intimate celebrations or even wine pairings. For theperfect end to a memorable occasion, twenty-four guests may be hosted at the Lodgeovernight.

THE VINOTEQUE
The Vinoteque is an intimate private dining and wine tasting room. A series of red and gold embossed leather clad columns frame the barrel vaulted space. Views into a wine room with the antiqued aged oak bottle displays add a sense of exclusivity. This venue is ideal for intimate business functions, celebrations, food and wine paired dinners, and wine tastings.

THE DELAIRE GRAFF RESTAURANT
The restaurant is of an impressive size with glazed doors which allow for breath taking views of the Stellenbosch Valley and Mountains. This space is ideal for private lunches, food and wine paired dinners, and product launches for up to 80 people (seated). A large decked terrace allows guests to dine under a canopy of pin oaks trees whilst enjoying the breath taking views. The colours are soft and earthy, adding to it a touch of rustic which is accentuated by the wood fired oven. The terrace can seat up to 100 guests (weather dependent).

INDOCHINE RESTAURANT
Indochine promises modern Asian Fusion inspired cuisine presented with a contemporary flair and delicacy. Interiors offer a comfortable yet elegant ambience while outside decking provides the option of an impressive al fresco setting overlooking the majestic views of Table Mountain and the valley below.
